We support returns processing both in the USA & Canada
Returns are generally inspected and either deemed as sellable (good – return to stock) or not sellable (scrap)
E-mail notification is sent to you with picture of the item and a picture of the paperwork
Return labels can be purchased from us in our portal
Or use a returns app (for example…happy returns works great) to generate return labels and documentation
We can bag and relabel returns if required for additional costs
